Welcome to BASSING-JERSEY

Welcome to my blog. This is not a site for anyone to obtain fishing marks from reading my site. It is for bass anglers who are keen on learning different methods.

It is also aimed at anglers who are not interested in slaughtering fish but return the majority of their fish to fight another day.

I intend to use it as a diary of my fishing trips and some of the marks mentioned in the blog will only mean something to a few readers.

Out on a quick trip

Thought I go out this afternoon a small tide which was falling with a stiff Northerly wind First fish was a wrasse of about 2lbs caught on a mauve coloured homemade lure caught at flat rock

Moving on to the back of Green island reef produced a small fish on a white lure

Moving on to where I cut through to La Hocq produced 2 fish weighing about 3.5lbs each

a further two fish came to the boat around the 2.5lb mark one caught at Gannet Gulley and the last was at the reef in Green Island Gutter
