Welcome to BASSING-JERSEY

Welcome to my blog. This is not a site for anyone to obtain fishing marks from reading my site. It is for bass anglers who are keen on learning different methods.

It is also aimed at anglers who are not interested in slaughtering fish but return the majority of their fish to fight another day.

I intend to use it as a diary of my fishing trips and some of the marks mentioned in the blog will only mean something to a few readers.

Cannot Find Bass

all the way along the S/E Coast today without a sniff of a bass, although Derek managed to salvage the day with a Pollack on a Gulp. I did have a wrass attempt to go for my lure but turned away at the last minute.

May be it has something to do with the volcanic ash cloud that is above us and stopping all flights in and out of Jersey.Only time will tell if the ash wil affect the weather this summer,

Well out tomorrow and we will see what that brings
