Welcome to BASSING-JERSEY

Welcome to my blog. This is not a site for anyone to obtain fishing marks from reading my site. It is for bass anglers who are keen on learning different methods.

It is also aimed at anglers who are not interested in slaughtering fish but return the majority of their fish to fight another day.

I intend to use it as a diary of my fishing trips and some of the marks mentioned in the blog will only mean something to a few readers.

Not much luck more Dolphins than Bass

out with Stuart Gowland today expecting a good result for a 33ft but were disappointed tried most of the spots and had a few bites but nothing more. Dolphins playing around icho for ages in shallow water. Only one fish came to the boat outside edge of gannet gulley, about 2lbs on manns hardnose.Stuart had a nice Pollack plus a further wrasse and pollack coming to the boat.

Derek had 9 fish at Seymour includinga 4.5lb fish

The boat bass record went this weekend at
16lb 1oz I believe caught on live sandeel
