Welcome to BASSING-JERSEY

Welcome to my blog. This is not a site for anyone to obtain fishing marks from reading my site. It is for bass anglers who are keen on learning different methods.

It is also aimed at anglers who are not interested in slaughtering fish but return the majority of their fish to fight another day.

I intend to use it as a diary of my fishing trips and some of the marks mentioned in the blog will only mean something to a few readers.

Bright and Breezy

Force4  blowing up to force 5 N/W made it uncomfortable to say  the least on a falling 34ft however bright and sunny. I was determined to stop Derek beating me. But it was not to be with Derek taking a fish of 5.5 lbs and 4.5lbs at twin peaks with 2 more fish at the western entrance of gannet gulley.

I took one small fish at the lagoon near Rhino rock mostly all caught on redgills

out with Derek on his boat I found the fishing hard yet using the same swim senko as Derek he had 11 whilst I had only 5.Most of the fish were caught at finger rock a few hours before low tide. The tide being 39ft with a 3-4 North west windy out tomorrow in my boat so we see what that brings
